At ANTA US, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
